Either by registered mail.
Or delivered by hand against receipt to the address indicated in annex A, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 to 12:00 and between 14:00 to 17:00. The designation number of this notice and its date of advertisement in the OJEU should clearly appear on the shipping envelope.
Veolia will not consider applications that do not respect the above instructions. Opening of the applications will take place on 20.11.2014 starting from 14:00 pm at 36-38 Av Kleber 75016, France.
Selection criteria will be based on the capabilities (technical, financial and profesional) of the candidates.
Eligible candidates will be informed of the following steps of the tender.

Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:
The applicant shall provide:
— identity and complete address of the applicant,
— name of its legal representative,
— extract 'K bis' of the entry in Paris Trade and companies Register or an equivalent identification document,
— detailed copy of liability insurance certificate.
The applicant shall provide:
— balance sheet and profit and loss financial statement of the last 3 years,
— information about the average number of employees of the last 3 years.

Veolia is neither a guarantor nor liable for it's subsidiaries which are solely responsible for their respective obligations.
Funding will be provided on the own resources of Veolia subsidiaries placing the order.
Groups of economics operators are authorized.
In case of award of a contract to a group, it should take the form of a solidarity group
Veolia Evironnement keeps the right, at any time during the RFP process, to stop either partially or fully the RFP process if the number of participants is lower than 5.
