The designation number of this notice and its date of advertisement in the OJEU should clearly appear on the shipping envelope. Veolia Environnement will not consider applications that does not respect the above instructions. Opening of the applications will take place on 24.3.2014 starting from 14:00 at 1 place Montgolfier, 91417 Saint Maurice, France. The selection criteria are as follow: — Production plant certification: ISO 900X — Geographical coverage: Commercial representation in major countries listed above, logistic capabilities to deliver in the listed countries. Applicants has to provide all documents allowing to asses their commercial and logistic capabilities. — Service Performance: Service support and repair centers organization for major countries listed above. Applicants have to provide all documents allowing to asses their service support capabilities. — Financial health: Profitability and productivity, Financial structure, Liquidity, Management performance. Applicants have to provide all documents allowing to asses their financial health including: balance sheet and statements of profit and loss of the last three (3) years, information about the average number of employees of the last three (3) years. — Insurance: Applicants have to provide detailed copy of their liability insurance certificate. It will be one framework agreement by lot unless several lots are awarded to the same candidate. In this case, it will be one framework agreement containing all the lots awarded to the holder. The time of 36 months referred to in paragraph II.3 of this contract notice runs from the notification date and not from contract award. One or more suppliers will be appointed by lot. In the case that several suppliers would be appointed on the same lot, a geographic area to be determined by the authority may be assigned to each of them.

Veolia Environnement is neither a guarantor nor liable for it's subsidiaries which are solely responsible for their respective obligations.

Funding will be provided on the own resources of Veolia Environnement subsidiaries placing the order.

Groups of economics operators are authorized.

In case of award of a contract to a group, it should take the form of a solidarity group.
