Situation économique et financière:
Tenderers have to demonstrate sufficient economic and financial capacity to guarantee continuous and satisfactory performance throughout the envisaged lifetime of the Contract.
Tenderers must provide proof of their financial and economic capacity by means of the following documents: the balance sheets or extracts from balance sheets for the last 3 financial years, and a statement of overall turnover and turnover relating to the relevant services for the last 3 financial years.

Criterion 1. Background and solid Experience in the technical expertise associated to satellite programs and in security risk analysis processes, in particular with respect to European Projects where security activities are involved.
Criterion 2: Demonstrate their ability to manage classified information up to Confidential.

Only those proposals from Candidates have provided full compliance to the requirements identified in the Security Aspect Letter (Appendix 4 to the Cover Letter) can be selected and considered further award.
