Double variable wheelbase underfloor wheel lathe — 10 years overhaul
General overhaul of a type 106 CNC double variable wheelbase underfloor wheel lathe that was supplied and commissioned by Hegenscheidt in 2003. A survey report shall be produced in advance. This equipment is used for machining the wheels of 1 or 2o wheel-sets (2 to 4 wheels simultaneously), either directly under the vehicle without removing the wheel-sets from their bogie or, alternatively, for machining the wheels of a dismantled axle (or bogie) together with its axle box.
