The EEIG GECOTTI is a European Economic Interest Group of Cross-border, Transnational and Interregional Cooperation which manages «INTERREG» European Programmes.
The objective of INTERREG North-West Europe (NWE) Programme is to reinforce economic, social and territorial cohesion in the European Union through the promotion of transnational cooperation as well as a balanced and sustainable development of the territory.
The Programme is running a computerized monitoring system ensuring sound financial management as well as data collection and reporting for Programme's control, verification, audit and evaluation.
The GECOTTI is launching the present call for tenders in view of selecting a service provider to develop the new INTERREG VB NWE Programme Monitoring System for the 2014–2020 programming period. The Monitoring System must also comply with e-Cohesion requirements applicable to ETC Programmes, which at the time this call is launched are still under discussion at EU level.
This call for tenders concerns the design, development and maintenance of the IT programme monitoring system or its modules, and online communication portal on the basis of a structure developed by the INTERACT Programme.
