The design, manufacture, supply and installation of new machine-welded metal floor extremities for the BREDA "1st generation" HGV carrying railway wagons and removal of the existing floors.
The Contractor is responsible for:
— Analysing documents transmitted,
— On-site surveys,
— Full detailed and working designs,
— Design calculations,
— Drawings and manufacturing packages,
— Dismantling underbody equipment on the ET site (if necessary),
— Reassembling underbody equipment in its original position (if necessary),
— Corresponding painting,
— Checks,
—Tests,
— Full-scale production,
— Procurement of end floor components.
Timing: 1 to 3 vehicles a week in accordance with the programme.
