Upgrade the technical capacities of the institutions involved in the withdrawal and destruction of the goods violating intellectual property rights in accordance with EU standards, and strengthening of the Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) enforcement in Serbia with the purchase of shredders and related equipment dedicated to the destruction of counterfeited goods by the Customs Administration of the Ministry of Finance as well as by the Ministry of Foreign and Internal Trade and Telecommunications – Market Inspection Sector.

Tenderers must provide a tender guarantee of 16.000 EUR when submitting their tender.
The successful tenderer will be asked to provide a performance guarantee of 5 % of the amount of the contract at the signing of the contract.
