The French Embassy in Kigali launches a Public Call of Expression of Interest from reputed and qualified international investors for development (including the reconstruction of the French Institute) on two plots in Kigali'S downtown (7 447 m² by emphyteutic leasehold land and 3 036 m² by freehold land) within the framework of a Partnership.The tender regulations can be downloaded from the following link:
