Eurotunnel

To provide maintenance, repair and installation services for the Eurotunnel Concession in France, UK and 3 tunnels.
To provide maintenance and repair services for all buildings (retail, maintenance, and offices), mechanical and electrical equipment.
The EUROTUNNEL site in France has 120 buildings differing in type and use.
Three major categories of buildings were defined to prepare the maintenance plan according to the use of the structures.
Administrative buildings (15 units)
These buildings are used for tertiary activities and have an occupancy rate of approximately 8 hours per day.
Buildings directly associated with the commercial activity (40 units)
These operational buildings are primarily booths which have an occupancy rate of 24 hours a day.
Industrial buildings and equipment rooms (65 units)
These buildings are mainly dedicated to Rolling Stock maintenance. Their occupancy rate is two shifts, i.e. 16 hours a day.
The equipment rooms are the electricity sub-stations and signalling rooms with a very low occupancy rate.
