The purpose of the framework service contract is the assignment-based development and setting up of various services accessible via CPVO's extranet site, as well as back-office program evolution. The successful tenderer will carry out specification and Web and Windows application development tasks. The various developments considered above will be carried out under CPVO's control, which will also designate the experts among the alternate profiles proposed by the successful tenderer.
