Eurotunnel is a partnership between the 2 Companies France Manche and The Channel Tunnel Group

Supply of rubber joints for Eurotunnel bogies of:
— locomotives type class9 (57 units),
— amenity coach (19 units),
— passenger wagons (254 units).
Several rubber joints on the bogies of the rolling stock of Eurotunnel reached their end life. These rubber joints are concerned:
First lot) locomotives type class 9:
— traction stack: 366 parts,
— rubber bushes for the traction rods: 732 parts.
Second lot) passenger wagons.
— rubber bushes for axle box: 4440 parts,
— rubber bushes for equalizer: 514 parts,
— rubber bushes for driving rods: 2056 parts,
— rubber joint for anti-roll bar rods: 1028 parts third lot) amenity coaches:
— rubber bushes for axle box arms: 202 parts,
— rubber bushes for equalizer: 18 parts,
— rubber bushes for driving rods: 152 parts,
— rubber springs for secondary suspension: 72 parts,
— rubber joints for anti-roll bar rods: 152 parts.
The contract will be divided into 3 lots.
Quantities are indicative and may vary depending on the need for Eurotunnel.

Bank guarantee payable upon first demand as a contractual performance bond to cover obligations under the contract and as a contractual completion bnd issued by a leading bank for a sum amounting to 5 % of the total value of the contract.
