EDF SA - Acting in its own name and in the name and on the behalf of its affiliated companies

Within the framework of the construction of 2 to 4 EPR units (2 firm units on Hinkley Point, Somerset, UK, and 2 options with 1 EPR unit per option) and 1 EPR unit in Penly (1 firm unit), the purpose of the contract is the complete supply of lower than 160 kW power various pumps, operating in different systems of the EPR unit.
Main characteristics & functions are described in the joined PQQ and could be modified for the next Invitation To Tender.
These scopes of works for the proposed contract include: studies, procurement, manufacturing, ancillaries, control, factory tests, and:
— erection, on site tests and commissioning (Penly Lot),
— erection supervision and commissioning assistance (UK Lot).
Penly lot option:
— 1 option Supply only spares.
UK lot options:
— 2 options Supply complete pump packages and Erection supervision & Commissioning assistance in UK,

Habilitation à exercer l'activité professionnelle:

To be selected for the tender, candidates have to answer a Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which is available on the Portail Achats website (portailachats.edf.com) as an attachment in Request for Information (rfi_53152).

The Penly lot is subjected to the qualification system called "Machines tournantes dans les centres nucléaires de production d’électricité d’EDF"; sous-domaine "Autres pompes "; N°2009/S 120-175387,published in the OJEU on 26 June 2009.

The non-qualified suppliers interested by this lot will have to qualify for this qualification system.

This questionnaire will be analyzed by EDF to assess the capabilities of potential bidders and to select them for the invitation to tender.

1) candidates who were the object, in the last five years, of a final judgement for one of the infringements envisaged by articles 222-38, 222-40, 313-1 to 313-3, 314-1 to 314-3, 324-1 to 324-6, 421-2-1, 421-5 second subparagraph, 433-1, 433-2 second subparagraph, 434-9 eighth subparagraph, 434-9-1 second subparagraph, 435-3, 435-4,

However, are considered as in a regular situation candidates who, on the 31st of.

December of the year preceding the one of the launching of the consultation, had not discharged the contributions payable at this date nor generated guaranties, but who,before the launching of the consultation, and without any execution action from the entity responsible for recovery, have either discharged the above mentioned contributions or generated warranties which are estimated sufficient by the entity responsible for recovery. Situation économique et financière:

The tenderer shall provide the last three financial results and income statements.

— competence in similar pumps Design & manufacturing, respecting rules & following norms such as:

RCC-M (French nuclear code), european standards (EN), ASME Section III.

— capability to supply maintenance expertise & assistance services on site and to supply spare parts on site,

— ISO 9001 (or equivalent management system) certification.
