Supply of spare parts for the complete overhaul of Arbel Bogies on Eurotunnel freight vehicles

Eurotunnel

As part of a programme for completely revising its 681 bogies of "Arbel" type on its freight rail transport vehicles, Eurotunnel has to replace some associated spare parts and would like to modify the brake gear of the disc brake. The supply can be divided into 6 lots:
— pins,
— bushes,
— mechanical parts on the drawings,
— miscelleanous hardware stores (screw, bolt...),
— electrical spare parts (hoses, cable...),
— springs for primary suspension (supply and overhaul).
All of these spare parts should be in compliance with the current standards. Lots can be allocated all together or separately.

Exécution du marché
Dépôts et garanties exigés:

Bank guarentee payable upon first demand as a contractual perfomance bond to cover obligations under the contract and as a contractual completion bond issued by a leading bank for a sum amounting to 5 % of the total value of the contract.
