Supply of composite insulators for catenary system
Supply of composite insulators designed for railways catenary network of the Channel Tunnel.
The network is supplied with a 25 KV.
Catenary arms are suspended every 27 m supporting the 25 KV feeders of the network (carrier cable and contact wire).
Synthetic insulators supplied will have to respect strict criteria in terms of electrical isolation, mechanical size...
Examples of standards and norms: IEC 62217 / STRI92-1 / IEC60695-11-10 others criteria will be defined in the technical specifications joined to the future tender.
