The tenderer shall provide the last 3 financial results and income statements (for French companies, the tax bundle including at least the financial result pages 1 and 2, the income statement pages 3 and 4 and the appendices page 5, 8 and 11).
Depending on the lots he wants to tender upon, the tenderer shall have a minimum turnover per year for the last 3 years:
Lot 1: UK 2211 : 12 000 000 EUR.
Lot 2: PE 2211 : 12 000 000 EUR.
Lot 1 + lot 2: UK 2211 and PE 2211 : 24 000 000 EUR.
The applicant has to justify evidences about its technical abilities. The following information and formalities are necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met.
2) Demonstrate your in-house or subcontracted capabilities for the implementation of 2 to 10 (depending on the number of lots tendered) airlocks, including:
— Design,
— Qualification,
— Supply of equipment,
— Manufacturing,
— Transportation,
— Erection,
— Commissioning.
Abilities demonstration could be made through examples of scope of work and contracts references, detail of project schedulling or other relevant information.
3) In case of bid onto the 2 lots (UK2211 and PE2211), demonstrate your in-house or subcontracted ability to build potentialy 4 airlocks at the same time. (2 units at the same time)
4) Demonstrate your in-house or subcontracted ability in calculating earthquake risks on the metal frames.
5) Demonstrate its capability to qualify components (for instance: seals) according to some demanding conditions.
6) To be able to communicate written and spoken in the French and the English language.
Grouping of economic operators can be considered. Their capabilities and references will be cumulated to be analyzed. Each operator will have to justify its legal and economic status.
Candidates may be either single companies or consortium.
In case the Candidate is a consortium/joint venture, a copy of the Momerandum of understanding or the contract of consortium/joint venture has to be presented. The form of the consortium/joint venture shall be joint and several.
